Kate Hudson's new man: Muse lead singer!
Looks like Kate Hudson is over the jocks and back to the rockers she loves so dearly.
Kate Hudson, 31, and 32-year-old Matt Bellamy, reportedly started dating a few weeks ago after they both split from long-term relationships.
Last week they were spotted having dinner at a Mexican restaurant in New York before they met up in Paris for a romantic rendezvous. After Kate Hudson flew in to catch Muse's show at the Stade de France, the pair shared several cozy dinners, including one which turned into a double date when they ran into Bradley Cooper and Renee Zellweger at the same restaurant.
According to reports, Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy plan on taking their love public at the Glastonbury Music Festival later this month where Muse is headlining.
Ah, we're totally having Penny Lane flashbacks!
"Matt has been over to America to hang out with Kate. But they have done everything they can to avoid being seen together in the early stages of their relationship," the UK's Sun quoted a source as saying.
"Things are going so well Kate is planning to fly to the UK to hang out with Matt at the festival. She wants to watch the band from the side of the stage and meet his pals," the source added.
Born in Belfast, Ireland and raised in England, Bellamy, a singer, songwriter and guitarist, comes from a family of British rockers. His father is George Bellamy, who was a guitarist for the English band The Tornados. The group was the first British import to have a single hit number one on the US Billboard charts with the song Telstar.
Bellamy was previously engaged to psychologist Gaia Polloni. The couple planned to get married in 2009, but broke off their engagement. Meanwhile, Hudson was previously married to Black Crowes front-man Chris Robinson, the father of her six-year-old son, Ryder. The couple split in 2006 and she has since been linked to Owen Wilson, Lance Armstrong, and most recently, Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez.
