Heidi and Spencer suing I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here?

I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here has been causing a buzz with Heidi and Spencer threatening to sue NBC. Heidi and Spencer are alleging they were tortured on the hit show.

I didn’t give it much credence but after watching only a few minutes of last night’s show (all I could stand) I’m thinking they might be telling the truth — last night’s challenge? Sanjaya and Janice Dickinson chained in a phone booth sized tank that is slowly filling with water as they try to locate the keys to free themselves.

Tonight is another quiet one mostly due to both NBA and Stanley Cup Hockey finals games, but here are a couple of shows you might consider watching.

Tonight’s top picks include David Carridine’s final TV performance:

Going Mental for Mental on Fox

The late David Carradine guest stars in this episode about a brilliant professor who is catatonic after a lightning strike. It’s a particularly poignant episode and likely one of the last bits of film we’ll see of the icon Carradine.

Watch Mental on Fox at 9:00.

{headline}Real Housewives of New JerseyOn the lighter side, the housewives head to Atlantic City for a weekend of gambling, shopping and more shopping. The relationship drama continues as Danielle breaks up with her boyfriend and turns to her children for support. Meanwhile, Jacqueline invites Danielle out for a friendly birthday lunch and the claws come out erupting in a major catfight.

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey on Bravo at 10:00.

Little Couple

The Little Couple decides to take the plunge and begin the process of house hunting. Only one problem, Jen wants something closer to work and the city, while Bill’s heart is set on living in a sprawling home in the ‘burbs. Then, in a second new episode, the couple’s one-year anniversary is fast approaching but it’s hard to celebrate when there are so many problems to deal with.

Watch Little Couple on TLC starting at 10:00.

Kat is back on LA Ink

News and notable

According to Hollywood Reporter, 14-year old wunder-chef Greg Grossman is in development for his own TV series.

Brett Michaels suffered a broken nose after getting hit with a piece of scenery at the Tony Awards on Sunday night. After the accident, he was assisted by Shrek and Donkey — which he must have seemed like one freaky hallucination.

Kat Von D will return for another season of LA Ink starting July 9 on TLC.

WETV has a new daytime program called The Mom Show and I imagine you can guess what that’s all about.
