American Idol goes Hollywood

American Idol moves to Hollywood and there could be another phenom in the making. And that’s not all that’s on tonight. Keep reading for the full scoop.

The American Idol judges go home to HollywoodNot such a phenom like American Idol was the 3-D Chuck. I tried to watch it last night but it gave me a headache five minutes in as suspected. Pretty cool, though. But I’m glad it wasn’t one of my favorite shows because I’d have been annoyed if I had to miss it.

Next up was 24 and I know I swore I wasn’t going to watch this anymore but I changed my mind. First off, I’m a sucker for a disaster movie so when the chemical planet was about to implode, I was hooked. Second, I’m pleasantly surprised by how quickly they solved the firewall breech problem and switched gears to plan ‘B.’ So, I’m back on board and wondering about Tony — I think there was a deeper reason why he didn’t want to go with Jack. Maybe he’s a double, double, double agent? Or would that make him a quadruple agent?

Other than that, I spent my evening watching a DVD. Dark Shadows: The Beginning Vol 6, which are the episodes that lead right up to the first appearance of Barnabas Collins. It gave me a little chill, or maybe a thrill, to see Jonathan Frid strike that first pose. Little did they know then that they were on the first step to becoming a phenomenon.
