Lance Armstrong to be daddy again

Lance Armstrong, cyclist and cancer survivor, is going to be a dad again. This time, Armstrong and baby are happening the old fashioned way.

Cancer? Lance Armstrong’s testicle laughs in the face of cancer. Although chemo and radiation usually render cancer survivors infertile, Armstrong’s sperm have become active again years after his last treatment — something that only happens to a mere handful of testicular cancer survivors.

So who’s the baby mama? Lance’s girlfriend Anna Hansen. “Lance and Anna have been quietly dating since July,” says a source. “They met through Lance’s charity work. Anna works at a non-profit for cancer survivors.” He and actress Kate Hudson seemed to call things off around the end of July. She couldn’t handle his super sperm!

Armstrong already has three children by his ex-wife, conceived through in vitro fertilization using sperm frozen prior to his cancer treatments.

Armstrong is a seven-time Tour de France winner retired from racing in 2005, but confirmed in September that he will return to competitive cycling in 2009 to pay his child support bills — around the same time he spoke at the Clinton Global Initiative, looking just as confused over this…uhh…regeneration as we are.
