Lipstick Jungle Thanksgiving
Lipstick Jungle marks Thanksgiving while Ghost Whisperer investigates a train crash eerily like the recent Los Angeles tragedy.
Here comes the bride. Here comes the doom. You can't have a wedding on Smallville without some horrendous villain coming to call. Good thing Clark Kent is on the job, though slightly distracted thanks to the return of his original love Lana Lang! That is quite the little soap opera going on there.
Supernatural was full of surprises yesterday and I loved every minute of it - Kudos to director J. Miller Tobin for some wonderful shots. What a headache for him. This show about two brothers was loaded down with five pivotal characters, two of whom were at least a foot and a half shorter than star Jared Padalecki! And can we talk about the sweet, almost innocent sex scene with Dean and Anna in the backseat of the Impala? Forget, talk about it, I'm going to go watch again. You stay here and take a look at what's on TV tonight.
Tonight On TV - Friday, November 21NBC starts off with Deal or No Deal, and then Crusoe has a gravely ill Friday on his hands, finally Mary Tyler Moore guests as Wendy's mom on Lipstick Jungle.
ABC has their usual reality night with Wife Swap, Supernanny, and 20/20.
On the lighter side, The CW goes with Everybody Hates Chris, The Game, and a repeat of the America's Next Top Model finale.
Fox has got game: Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? and Don't Forget the Lyrics!
But CBS should win it all with Melinda still struggling with the spirit of her husband on Ghost Whisperer, a rerun of The Mentalist, and the gang deals with the horror of a train crash on Num3brs. I'm hoping that episode was written after the terrible crash here in Los Angeles some months ago, or else this is one creepy coincidence.
Over on cable
So much to choose from tonight beginning with the 15 Most Infamous Child Star Mugshots on E! How sad is it that they were able to come up with 15 people that fit that title? After that catch The Soup and Nastiest Jobs which looks at the dirtiest jobs in entertainment.
Larry the Cable Guy is getting ready for Christmas with his holiday special on CMT.
Bill Nye the Science Guy guests on tonight's new Stargate Atlantis which is followed by Sanctuary on SCI FI Channel.
TLC is all new with Real Simple, What Not to Wear and Say Yes to the Dress.
Not into reality shows? USA has a new episode of Starter Wife at 10:00.
News and notableThe CW has taken back Sunday nights. They've canceled everything on there and will be showing reruns of Jericho and movies from the MGM library.
Speaking of canceled...ABC decided not to pick up any more episodes of Pushing Daisies, Eli Stone or Dirty Sexy Money. Details are emerging, check back with SheKnows for further information.
Starz will premiere a new series next week called Starz Inside: Fashion in Film that takes a look at how fashion has been influenced by the movies. Very cool.
Don't ask me why, but after being fired for falsifying his credentials, Robert Irvine is returning to Dinner Impossible on the Food Network.
Dancing with the Stars pro Julianne Hough is turning in her high heels for cowboy boots. She's leaving the series to concentrate on her music career. She'll be missed.
