Graduating from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut usually doesn’t propel one to Hollywood stardom. That’s where the star of “In Plain Sight,” Mary McCormack, veered in her own direction and never looked back.
Ruling the summer airwaves with her barnstorming performance as an United States Marshall in Albuquerque, New Mexico charged with protecting witnesses that others want dead, McCormack is earning the biggest raves of her career.
He acting resume runs the gamut from Howard Stern’s wife in “Private Parts” to “Murder One” where she played a tough nosed prosecutor opposite on Stephen Bochco’s “Murder One.”
“In Plain Sight” has picked up some serious steam of late propelling the USA Network drama to the cable television top 20.
The supporting characters in “In Plain Sight” work well, but it is Mary McCormack that has audiences tuning in for a sight at an actress with explosive range.
We at SheKnows can not wait for her to return to film work as well. Her incredible performance in “Dangerous Beauty” is one of legend.
Stay tuned for the SheKnows interview with Mary!
