Who is the final Cylon and who will be the Duet champ? Cable rules Friday night

The world awaits the big mid season finaleThey say the first cut is the toughest and last night was tough on "So You Think You Can Dance" for a number of reasons. Look for my recap on SheKnows and see why.

That's all she wrote for last night, let's look at tonight.

Tonight on TV

Another predictable Friday, I'm afraid. ABC has "America's Funniest Home Videos," "According to Jim" and a new "20/20."

CBS is going with "Ghost Whisperer" and a two-part "Numb3rs" rerun.

NBC has "Most Outrageous Moments" followed by a new "Dateline NBC."

The CW goes with "Smackdown" and FOX's movie of the night is "Hollywood Homicide."

Over on cable

It's the huge, mid-season finale of "Battlestar Galactica" on SCI FI, which comes after a new "Doctor Who" and "Charlie Jade."

CMT closes out "Can You Duet" and follows that with a new "Mobile Home Disaster."

E! is all new with "THS Investigates" Vegas' biggest winners and losers and that's followed by "The Soup."

Also new is "Ten Years Younger" on TLC, "iCarly" on Nick, and "Rich and Restless" on TruTV.

News and notable

Jon Voight joins the cast of "24" as next season's bad guy.

Will McCormack and Eric Christian Olsen have joined the cast of "Brothers and Sisters."

The "I Dream of Jeannie" movie is back on the fast track and rumor has it that Jessica Alba and Steve Carell are being eyed as the leads.

Jason Priestley may return to "90210" but not in front of the camera, but as a director, instead.

In guest star news, Daniel Baldwin will visit "The Closer" and "The OC's" Melinda Clarke will pop up on "Chuck" along with Michael Clarke Duncan and John Larroquette.
