NCAA basketball dominates TV

I hope you like sports...because there is little else on the tube this Friday night.

It's Anne's princess or sports on the tube tonight!

TONIGHT ON TV

There's not much to choose from on the big five tonight. CBS fills the evening with Basketball while The CW has "Friday Night Smackdown."

ABC has a rerun of "Grey's Anatomy" followed by two new episodes of 20/20.

NBC counters with its own news magazine, "Dateline NBC" with "Amnesia" before it.

Over at Fox, it's all reruns with "Til Death", "Jezebel James," and "House."

May I suggest you switch over to Disney for the sweet movie "Ella Enchanted" or go for a classic.  ABC Family has "Sound of Music" and that's always a winner in my book.

NEWS AND NOTABLE

--- "Buffy's" Michelle Trachtenberg is heading over to "Gossip Girl" reportedly to take on a role Mischa Barton turned down.

--- Fox is moving the new series "Canterbury Tales" to Friday nights, which is a sign of impending doom.

--- The CW has turned to "Idol" producer Simon Fuller for a new series called "Austin Golden Hour", a medical drama set in real time.
