ABC is "Miss Guided" and Lifetime says, no, no, no.

Judy Greer is 'Miss Guided'

ABC has a big night tonight with the premiere of their new comedy "Miss Guided," a sort of "Welcome Back, Kotter" with a female twist.  That's followed by a new "Lost" and "Eli Stone."

NBC starts with "Deal or No Deal," rolls into a surprising "Celebrity Apprentice" and then a new "Lipstick Jungle."

The CW has an action packed "Smallville" followed by a new episode of "Reaper" while Fox comes in with their two game shows, "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader" and "Don't Forget the Lyrics."

Depending where you live, CBS has the NCAA Basketball Tournament tonight.

Crime fans, tune in to A&E for their two new shows "First 48" and "Crime 360."  Both are fascinating viewing.

For the fluff fans, how about VH1's new reality show, "I Know My Kid's a Star!"  That's on a 10:00 and it's sure to be a wild time.

--- VH1 is working on a celebrity stylist competition show featuring Vivica A. Fox.

--- Lifetime declined a second helping of "Side Order of Life."

--- Lifetime also decided against picking up new episodes of "Men in Trees" and "October Road" from ABC which could mean the end for both projects.

--- Fox says they'll have an "A-Team" movie by June 2009 despite the fact that they have no script or cast.  This project has been in development heck for years.  Wonder if the 356th time is a charm.

--- Disney Channel has picked up "The Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream," a reality series that will follow the teen idols as they work and play.
