Matt Damon, 37, and his wife Luciana, 32, are excitedly welcoming a new addition to their family — the couple is expecting their second child together. The ‘Bourne’ star and his wife attended The Empire Film Awards in London last night honoring the past years’ achievements in film. Matt Damon was nominated for best actor for his latest blockbuster The Bourne Ultimatum which took home the award for best film.
Matt was there to accept the award on the films’ behalf with Luciana who walked the red carpet earlier in the evening and was seen glowing and visibly pregnant making her baby bump debut. The couple’s rep, Jennifer Allen, confirmed the couple’s second pregnancy to People saying, “They couldn’t be happier,” Allen said. “They’re so excited!”
This will be the couple’s second child together and the third child in the family. Their daughter Isabella will turn 2 in June and Luciana has a daughter, Alexia, 9, from a previous marriage.
Damon is currently filming Green Zone, a CIA suspense drama, in Morocco based on the 2006 non-fiction book Imperial Life in the Emerald City. The book documented life within the Green Zone in Baghdad during the 2003 invasion of Iraq.
