Ashley Graham ‘Finally Figured Out’ How to Feel Her Best During Pregnancy

By January 2020, Ashley Graham will welcome her first child — a baby boy — with husband Justin Ervin. But even though the model is looking forward to the next chapter of her life, she’s been thoroughly enjoying her pregnancy journey.  The 32-year-old took to her Instagram page on Saturday night to give fans an update on how she’s been feeling.

“Throughout my pregnancy so far I’ve gained 50lbs. And the best part is, I don’t care!” she wrong alongside a photo of herself practicing yoga. “I have never felt better, and I am so thankful that my body and son have allowed me to be as mobile and flexible as I have been.”

So, what’s her secret? Working out, yoga, acupuncture, and lymphatic massages have been what’s keeping Ashley feeling great. “I finally feel like I figured out this whole pregnancy thing and how to feel my best,” she added.

It was a long journey to get to where she is now. In her first trimester, the soon-to-be mother of one admitted in an interview with Vogue that she felt “alone” after gaining weight quickly. “The one piece of advice that my stylist, Jordan Foster, gave me was, make pregnant friends. None of my friends were in relationships, let alone pregnant. And now I have nine pregnant friends.”

Now, with her support system in tact, the model feels more ready than ever to tackle the rest of her pregnancy journey. And it’s also why she’s been outspoken about her struggles she’s experienced throughout the process. Back in November, the model shared a nude photo of herself on Instagram which revealed her stretch marks.

“There are other women out there who are going through the same thing as you. Why don’t you have a dialogue with them? This is a new body that I’m walking into. Why don’t I just put myself out there with this new body?’” she admitted.
