Count us in for this new internet challenge! Taking to Instagram, Pink issued an internet challenge against criticism, and sign us up.
In a post from yesterday, the Grammy winner shared a sweet photo of her husband, Carey Hart, with their 8-year-old daughter, Willow, curled up and reading a book. She captioned the image with a thought-provoking call to action for her followers, writing, “I’d like to propose a worldwide internet challenge to anyone reading this today. Go ONE day without criticizing someone online.”
The “Glitter in the Air” singer continued, “Let’s call it the MISS ME WITH THE BULLSHIT CHALLENGE. And if it feels good, hey, why not go TWO DAYS. But let’s start with one for the overzealous out there.” The singer finished off the caption of her post with the hashtags #onedayatatime and #onlylove. The artist’s proposed challenge comes amid her own observations of how people are using social media platforms. Pink has dealt with online critics for some time. The singer has faced criticism from ‘parenting police’ and other forms of unwarranted judgment from social media users online.

The singer has always used social media as a place to highlight her family, work and fans and has used her platform as a way to stand up to trolls and judgmental followers, including mom-shamers. Honestly, we love the challenge the singer is tasking her followers with. Let’s spread some compliments and instead of critiques today!
