How Reese Witherspoon & Other Celebs Celebrated Christmas

It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Just looking at how our fave celebrities celebrated Christmas is proof the spirit of the season is alive and well. Celebrities are taking to social media en masse this week to reveal the festive moments they’ve enjoyed with family so far during the holidays. And there’s just something inherently heartwarming about the shared human experience of holiday fun, isn’t there?

So, crank up some holiday tunes (they’re still totally cool until the new year) and check out how some of Hollywood’s stars spent Christmas.

Jada Pinkett & Will Smith

The Smiths know how to do Christmas right, y’all! On Christmas Eve, Will Smith posted a family photo featuring himself, wife Jada Pinkett Smith, her mom, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, the couple’s daughter, Willow Smith, and son, Jaden Smith, and Will’s older son, Trey Smith — all decked out in holiday attire.

Mayim Bialik

The Big Bang Theory’s Mayim Bialik posted on Christmas that she was “better this morning” after a rough few weeks that has included mourning a recent breakup and dealing with cats urinating on her bed during a dominance war (yikes!). Happily, things were looking up for Bialik on Christmas Day, when she shared, “Heading to a movie and Chinese food. Like we do. #whatjewsdoonxmas.”

Tiffani Thiessen

Tiffani Thiessen revealed that her cute little family — husband Brady Smith, daughter Harper, and son Holt — went for a family bike ride on Christmas. “Merry Christmas to you all! Hope you all are having a beautiful day making memories with the people you love,” she captioned photos of the family in front of the tree and preparing for their ride.

Reese Witherspoon

On Christmas Eve, Reese Witherspoon shared a snapshot of her family in front of the tree wishing everyone “a day filled with love and laughter” — and “light & love” for anyone who needs a little extra this year.

Kris Jenner (& fam!)

Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ matriarch, Kris Jenner, gave fans a glimpse into her family’s lavish Christmas Eve party — which even included a performance by John Legend. Jenner shows off blond locks in a photo with daughter Khloé Kardashian and granddaughter True in which she likens Kardashian to “a fairy princess.”

Zoe Saldana

If this is what the holidays look like at Zoe Saldana’s house, we want an invite! Wishing everyone “happy holidays,” she shared a photo with her family Christmas card in the foreground (propped up against a beverage) and, in the background, her and husband Marco Perego Saldana’s three sons: twins Bowie and Cy, and Zen.

Gabrielle Union

We can’t imagine Gabrielle Union spending a more special Christmas than the one she shared this year. Posting a photo of herself snuggled up with her new daughter Kaavia James (with husband Dwyane Wade), Union called the little girl “the blessed gift that keeps on giving.”

Jennifer Lopez & Alex Rodriguez

From making breakfast in matching Christmas jammies to watching her kids open presents under the tree, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez seemed to soak up every second of their holiday downtime.

Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard

On Christmas Eve, Kristen Bell posted a photo full of on-brand quirkiness — her, husband Dax Shepard and friends Ryan Hansen (Bell’s Veronica Mars costar) and his wife Amy Hansen at the couple’s “annual #Superspouse roller-skating party,” which apparently includes unicorn horns and Christmas light necklaces.

Kaley Cuoco

The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco had a holiday full of friends, family and dogs, if her Christmas Day photo was any indication. In the snapshot, she and husband Karl Cook rock matching pj’s along with her sister, Briana Cuoco, and friend Josh Katz. The three pups pictured don’t have on matching pj’s, but they’re cute just the same.

Sweet ending to another great Christmas.”
