We don't know much of anything about who her character will be, but Lenz is already talking up her storyline.

"It's a great character. It's a really important storyline," she told reporters at Saturday's Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries winter Television Critics Association red carpet in Pasadena, California. "I think it's something that will really resonate with a lot of people, [because] it's an issue that a lot of people don't talk about openly. So I think it will be really important."

Obviously, we want to know more details, but she then added, "And I can't tell you more because I'll get fired!"

Dang.

The news of Lenz's new role first broke in October, but she's been staying really tight-lipped about it. All she said at the time was, "It was just such a thrilling opportunity that came my way. I mean, to get in that environment is incredible. They're all so supportive."

That's a big change from the environment at One Tree Hill. Lenz was one of the former cast and crew members who came together in December to release an open letter about the toxic environment created by showrunner Mark Schwahn, who has not commented on the allegations made against him, but was fired from his job on The Royals soon after Lenz and her colleagues went public.

Regardless of what Lenz's new role is going to look like, we can't wait to see her back on-screen.
