But sorry, every weird celeb pairing ever. You’ve all been put to shame by the most unexpected relationship ever to come out of Hollywood (or anywhere, honestly): Pamela Anderson and Julian Assange.
Yep. Julian Assange, as in, the guy who made WikiLeaks a thing. And Pam Anderson, as in, the lady who made Baywatch a thing. They’re totally dating. Like, good for them, but also, what?
Assange, who has been hiding out at the Ecuadorean Embassy in London to avoid being prosecuted for sexual assault in Sweden, has been entertaining visits — and a lot of them! — from Anderson, who has brought meals and groceries to share with him at his stronghold. It’s been going on for months, and Anderson has so far been pretty coy about exactly what’s going on between her and the most wanted man in the world. But when she wrote a letter to President Barack Obama begging him to “pardon” Assange, the rumors that they were more than just buddies started swirling.

And now, Anderson seems to have confirmed that with an open letter she posted to her website entitled, “My Julian.”
“Julian Assange is the most intelligent, interesting, and informed man in existence. Yes- I think he’s quite sexy,” she wrote. She goes on to defend him against the sexual assault allegations he faces, as well as from having made the entire U.S. government an enemy through his whistleblowing at WikiLeaks.
She ends her note, “I will always stand by My Julian.”
Huh.
