So, Do Ryan Gosling & Justin Timberlake Actually Hate Each Other or Something?

We may have all been shaking our butts and tapping our toes when Justin Timberlake opened up the 2017 Oscars with his Oscar-nominated song, "Can't Stop the Feeling," but there was weirdness a-brewing off camera.

It appeared that once Timberlake had finished performing, when he went to go say hello to former Mickey Mouse Club co-star and Oscar nominee Ryan Gosling, the reunion didn't go too well. Gosling appeared nonplussed to received Timberlake into his arms. Timberlake appeared to try and pal around like it was 1993 but Gosling just wasn't having it. Maybe he thought he was too cool for Timberlake now that he's in one of the most Oscar-nominated films of all time?

Not only that, but during Timberlake's performance, Gosling didn't appear to be having any of it. He's not even look at him!

Their weird embrace and general aura seemed to read potently on television screens everywhere because viewers took to Twitter to discuss.

Who knows whether all is well between Gosling and Timberlake, but it made for some damn fine Oscars television.
