A judge has reportedly ordered Presley to pay $50,000 of her husband's legal fees over the next five months until the courts can figure out this madness and separate facts from fiction.

While the courts have yet to decide how the couple's money should be divided, Presley claims she's in debt — that she uses most of the $104,000 per-month inheritance from her late father Elvis Presley's estate for her kids. She has twins with Michael Lockwood, whom she's currently divorcing, and two other children from her previous marriage to Danny Keough.

A separate trial on the allegations against Lockwood is set to take place in March.
