Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are expecting their first child (they announced the pregnancy in May), and in preparation for the birth, they decided to attend a birth class — except, it really didn’t go as planned.

Chmerkovskiy took to Instagram on Saturday, Dec. 3, to reveal that he and Murgatroyd had been kicked out of their first Lamaze class (a class to help prepare for childbirth and practice breathing)!
So, what could they possibly have done that resulted in them having to leave? According to Chmerkovskiy, Murgatroyd was “misbehaving” and not “listening to anything.” He jokingly added the result of this incident is that their baby is going to be a disaster.

Chmerkovskiy uploaded the clip to Instagram and shared his thoughts in the caption of the post. He wrote, “Lamaz[e] class went……interesting. @petamurgatroyd was the worst student in class, but I don’t blame her cause it was a million hours long and we’ve been shown waaaaaaaay too much stuff! My hair is indicative of the ‘stuff’ we’ve witnessed. #traumatized #NothingToHashtag.”
Fans have reacted to the news of their favorite couple being kicked out of Lamaze class with great excitement, and it seems that no one really blames Murgatroyd for not paying attention.
Comments on the post include one from tracyh1967 who has been through a similar experience. She wrote, “@maksimc my husband [and] I got kicked out also.”
“Max You are So cute!!!I” bsockow gushed, adding, “love the Love You have for each other!!” And lillybri echoed these thoughts, writing, “Lol..love u guys!! The classes are great..helpful..keep practicing at home..stretch and squat with Maks holding your hands….will make things easier…”
