Kim Kardashian West's days of being a reality TV star may soon be behind her
It's hard to imagine Keeping Up with the Kardashians without Kim Kardashian West, right? But this may be the future of the show after the changes that have been happening in her life recently.
It was previously reported that filming for Season 13 of the hit reality show came to a halt after Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, France, on Oct. 3. But with Kanye West's recent hospitalization at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, it seems that the timing for the show is completely off, and the family is reportedly now more focused than ever on making their privacy a priority.
At least, this is what a source told Hollywood Life. The source said, "Kanye's privacy has been super-important to Kim during his challenging time in the hospital and so, for now, she has not allowed any KUWTK film crews to shoot anything in or around the hospital."
Of course, this makes sense, and it's important for the family to be focusing on West's health and his journey to recovery, but the break away from the show could signal Kardashian's exit — for good.
"Kim is taking things one day at a time and has no plans for when she will get back to filming her show or what she or Kanye will share with the cameras. Kim's main focus is being a wife for her husband in his time of need, not being a reality star," the source said.
Whatever happens in the future of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, we're at least glad to hear that Kardashian and her husband remain a united force and are dealing with whatever's thrown their way in a healthy and practical manner.
Although, we're pretty sure fans are going to miss her if she does decide that it's time to leave the reality TV world behind her.
