Naya Rivera and Ryan Dorsey have called it quits.

The couple had somewhat of a whirlwind romance, getting together just three months after Rivera split from her fiancé, Big Sean (she reportedly even kept the same wedding date). The couple was married in a secret ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in July of 2014. And for a while, they appeared to be very happy, because they welcomed their son, Josey in September of 2015.

However, their relationship was not meant to be, and according to Us Weekly, on Nov. 15, Rivera reportedly filed divorce documents in the Los Angeles County Court, seeking primary custody of their son and visitation rights for Dorsey.

The pair also released a statement expressing their need for privacy during this difficult time. The statement reads: "After much consideration, we have made the decision to end our marriage. Our priority is and always will be our beautiful son that we share together. We will continue to be great co-parenting partners for him. We ask for respect and privacy for our family during this difficult time."

It's unfortunate that Rivera and Dorsey's marriage has come to an end, but for now at least, they appear to have parted on amicable terms and their main focus (and one clear priority) remains the well-being of their son.
