Bachelor in Paradise released a preview of the upcoming season and something completely out of the ordinary (not) happened — Chad Johnson threatened someone. Johnson is set on making Evan Bass feel unsafe and intimidated. Again.
In the preview, Johnson is in an interview talking about what he would like to do to Bass. He said, “I feel like there’s no competition. We can just kick everyone to the curb, me and Daniel [Maguire]. And as far as Evan goes, I didn’t murder him, so that’s good. I didn’t rip his dick off and shove it down his own mouth. But yeah, I still kind of want to cut his head off and throw it in the water.”

So I guess we’re supposed to thank him for not decapitating and castrating someone on TV? Sure.
Bass and Johnson were famous for butting heads and shoving each other around on this past season of The Bachelorette when both men were trying to win JoJo Fletcher’s heart. And it sounds like Johnson hasn’t let go of any of the resentment he felt toward Bass.
But it’s not just Bass, Johnson has had problems with almost every one of his fellow male contestants, including Robby Hayes, Jordan Rodgers and Alex Woytkiw — just to name a few.
All reality TV shows come with a little bit of unbelievable drama — something that you know just wouldn’t exist if there weren’t cameras around — but Johnson takes it to a whole new level. All of his fights are so ridiculous they’re hard to enjoy even as a ridiculous part of the show.
Maybe because all of his threats are overly-violent in nature or the fact that he doesn’t seem to care that he’s making everyone mad, but whatever it is, I’m ready for it to stop. Someone tell Chris Harrison this Johnson drama just isn’t worth it. Johnson needs to go back into obscurity as soon as possible.
