Kim Richards' beloved dog, Kingsley, has unfortunately been creating quite a few legal headaches for her. As previously reported, Richards and her best friend, Kay Rozario, were involved in a lawsuit after the pit bull allegedly attacked Rozario, resulting in lacerations to her left arm and leg, as well as emotional distress.

And it's happening again: Richards' former stylist, Paige Sanderson, is now suing her over claims that Kingsley left her with serious injuries.

According to documents obtained by People magazine, Sanderson claims the dog "lunged at her, bit and held on to her lower abdomen and crotch, tearing off her leggings and underwear and ripping out portions of flesh." And Kim's sister Kyle Richards has also been named in the lawsuit, because the incident reportedly took place at her home during the filming of an episode for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in April.

Sanderson also claims that Kim refused to phone emergency services unless she claimed that the incident was caused by a stray dog.

But what does Sanderson hope to achieve from this lawsuit? She's reportedly requesting money "for emotional distress, cosmetic surgery and medical bills."

As we mentioned earlier, this is not the first attack that Kingsley has reportedly been involved in, with People magazine reporting that it's in fact at least the seventh attack, which really doesn't look good for Richards or her dog. This is a tough situation, one that no pet owner ever wants to find themselves in, and it's clear that Richards is very fond of her beloved pooch (her social media tributes to him are adorable).
