Jim Carrey received a heartbreaking suicide note from his ex Cathriona White
Cathriona White, a makeup artist best known for her relationship with Jim Carrey, was brokenhearted over their breakup before she died by suicide. TMZ has obtained "documents which outline the suicide note" she left Carrey. Her cry for help is difficult to read and shows someone lost with nowhere to turn.
"I've spent 3 days now in disbelief that you're not here. I can go on brokenhearted and try to put the pieces back. I could, I just don't have the will this time. I'm sorry you felt I wasn't there for you. I tried to give you my best part," White wrote, according to TMZ.
She gives instructions about her memorial services: "I don't really know about burial or that sort of thing. You are my family so whatever you choose will be fine. Please forgive me. I'm just not for this world."
In the days leading up to her death, White tweeted, "Signing off Twitter, I hope I have been a light to my nearest and dearest." Carrey responded with shock to her death, writing in a statement, "She was a truly kind and delicate Irish flower, too sensitive for this soil, to whom loving and being loved was all that sparkled. My heart goes out to her family and friends and to everyone who loved and cared about her. We have all been hit with a lightning bolt."
