Bethenny Frankel shouldn't feel embarrassed about her fibroids surgery
Bethenny Frankel first opened up about her fibroids on The Real Housewives of New York. Now, she's getting honest with her fans about her health post-surgery on Watch What Happens: Live with Andy Cohen.
Frankel revealed she's embarrassed about getting teary-eyed on camera after her pre-operation appointment, even though she knows she's shouldn't be.
"I know, but I don't know, now I feel like it's kind of common. I don't know, I just feel embarrassed. I shouldn't feel embarrassed; people were saying it's so great that you're talking about it, and it definitely is. It was serious and I was scared," Frankel revealed. "I just don't have that much familiarity with surgery and things like that, and I didn't really know anything about it."
Frankel had the surgery on May 20 and was hospitalized for three days following the operation.
"I've been treating myself really healthfully since then, and I recovered pretty well," she said on Watch What Happens: Live. "I have a scar and I think I'm OK now."
In other Frankel news, rumors are circulating that several RHONY cast members don't like her and the drama has gotten so intense that they're asking Bravo to give her the boot for good, according to Life & Style magazine.
"They say she's become aggressive and combative, and her ego is out of control," one source told Life & Style.
However, Frankel has appeared on the show since the beginning. RHONY's Carole Radziwill and Ramona Singer are reportedly both in her corner and don't want her booted off RHONY, according to a source. Frankel reportedly isn't worried about getting the boot, no matter what her co-stars might think.
