Kim Kardashian has absolutely zero perspective when it comes to Kris Jenner

Kim Kardashian is not down to earth by any means, we all know this. She’s a woman who not only owns a jacket that has four portraits of her own face, but she wears it – on national television. This isn’t a woman concerned with logic or the real world. But still, every once in a while, she’ll say something especially ridiculous during Keeping Up with the Kardashians and it makes me wonder if she has any perspective at all.

Kim spent the better part of the episode complaining to her sisters, Khloé and Kourtney, about how outrageous her mom, Kris Jenner, is for wanting her to move out of her house. Kim, by the way, is a multi-millionaire who is married to a multi-millionaire and has been living with her mother since her first child was born. It’s great that the family sticks together and helps each other out, but that’s a little out of control when Kim and Kanye have enough money to find other accommodations. Kris is not out of line for wanting her space to herself.

But Kim doesn’t feel the need to empathize with her mom. Instead she calls her a liar and dramatic and every other disrespectful name. All the while, yelling at brother, Rob, for being petty on social media to Kris. Evidently, no one is allowed to disrespect Kris except Kim herself. Which may be a general rule of life – that Kim Kardashian is exempt from many of life’s rules.

I consider myself a fan of the Kardashians and I think that the way they stick together and defend each other is the way a family should act. It’s just uncomfortable to hear them preach loyalty one minute and, in the same breath, disrespect their mom, the person who should get the most respect.

But then again, Kris does steal her daughters’ outfits constantly and meddles way too often in their personal lives. So maybe these snide remarks are just the family dynamic that works best and causes the least amount of fights. I, for one, am not willing to try it out on my own mother. But congratulations to them for figuring it out.
