Dang, we miss Full House & it's all Candace Cameron & Jodie Sweetin's fault
Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin played sisters on Full House, but their real-life relationship is not far off from their characters D.J. Tanner and Stephanie Tanner.
The two women enjoyed some quality time together when they attended 102.7 KIISFM's annual concert, Wango Tango, and they documented the night with an awesome selfie. Taking to Instagram, Sweetin captioned the image with "Me and my sis@candacecbure at #wangotango@1027kiisfm !! It was amazing!!! #gwenstefanirocked."
And fans were thrilled to see their favorite onscreen sisters together again, in fact, it made everyone really nostalgic.
"You two helped make my childhood awesome!!" 50hgtcs gushed. "And I'm not gonna lie, I always had a crush on you when I was younger @jodiesweetin And then I saw you on Fuller House... and I felt the same way all over again! Thank you both and everyone else for coming together and making Fuller House. It's probably the happiest I've ever been watching Netflix! Lol."
"How I miss the 90s so dearly," kiingtronn wrote.
Cameron Bure also shared the image on her own Instagram account, and it was met with just as much excitement from commenters, including meagan8908, who wrote, "I love seeing yall still so close after all these years. I'm the same age as the Olsen twins, so I literally grew up watching and loving all of you. I have Neflix simply for Fuller House."
Adanalp was inspired by Cameron Bure and Sweetin's long-lasting friendship, writing, "Beauties! It's so amazing that you both are still such strong friends after so many years. Inspiring!"
Ah... I think it's time to open up Netflix and watch the full season of Fuller House. Really, Season 2 can't come soon enough, and according to Sweetin, there will be some exciting developments for her character in the future.
"Stephanie finally gets a boyfriend," Sweetin told Entertainment Tonight's Katie Krause while at the event. "Who it is, is a really fun surprise. So I think fans are going to enjoy that."
No word yet on who the love interest is, but apparently fans (at least those at the live taping) really loved it.
"There could be a connection to [someone from] Full House," Sweetin added. "It sucks to have to be so vague but Netflix will kill me if I say anything. I want to so bad, but I can't."
