Kesha may be moving past her legal nightmare & focusing on her music again
It's been a long time since Kesha released new music, but fans may not have to wait too much longer — thanks to Zedd.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, Zedd posted a picture of himself and what looks to be Kesha (those rainbow locks are a dead giveaway) in the studio together. He chose not to elaborate in the caption, instead keeping it a mystery with a simple crystal ball emoji — but fans are extremely excited, and the comments on the post are a clear indication of this.
"I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THIS I LOVE KESHA AND ZEDD SO MUCH OMG," jvyoyoer wrote.
"Zedd you are a man of your word buddy," elanacepas shared. Commenter joaothejohnjohn also thanked Zedd for helping out Kesha, writing, "#Zesha Thanks for supporting Kesha and let her make some music :)"
"Another bombing record coming," cachito0904 wrote.
Earlier this month, Kesha gave everyone goosebumps when she joined Zedd on stage during his Coachella performance to sing "True Colors." But he has been a vocal supporter of her throughout her legal battle against former producer (and the man she says physically and emotionally abused her) Dr. Luke, and even made a public offer to produce music for her.
In March, Zedd spoke to Entertainment Tonight about his offer.
"Her [Kesha's] team actually hit us back confirming that I was serious about it, which is really cool," Zedd told the outlet. "I'm obviously very serious about it, so maybe something will happen. Maybe there's something I can do. Maybe we can do some music. Nothing I can say right now, but it would be cool."
"All I know is that she's in a very rough position, and if there's anything I can ever do to help, I'll always be happy to do that," he said at the time.
Well, it looks as though Kesha took Zedd up on that offer, and now all we have to do is wait to find out more about their collaboration.
