Ariel Winter has been all about female empowerment and body positivity so far in 2016, and we love that. The Modern Family actress looked stunning in a white pantsuit at Glamour's Game Changers luncheon, but what shined even brighter than her glowy skin was the inner confidence she's been radiating lately.

The actress famously spoke out about her breast reduction surgery and showed off her breast reduction scars at the Golden Globes earlier this year.

While Winter also wasn't afraid to show off her breast reduction at the luncheon on Wednesday at Jessica Biel's new restaurant Au Fudge in West Hollywood, she also didn't hesitate to speak out about the importance of women empowering each other.

She posted a photo from the event with the caption, "Thank you @cindi_leive for inviting me to today's amazing lunch. I am continuously honored to be around such incredible, powerful, intelligent women who empower each other at every turn. I couldn't have been luckier to have been included today! Also, a special shout out to @emrata & @amandadecadenet for being badass ladies and fellow #bern feelers! More pictures with the other amazing ladies I had the honor of dining with are coming later!"

Winter later posted a photo with fellow teen actress Zendaya with the caption, "This girl right here is nothing less than inspiring! Loved seeing you again babe."

Winter, 18, has become one of the most prominent young voices on female empowerment and body positivity in Hollywood. She even stood up for Kim Kardashian during the reality star's nude selfie scandal back in March.

"No one was body shaming @justinbieber when he posted his nude guitar photo so why @KimKardashian? #herbodyherchoice #InternationalWomensDay," Winter tweeted.

She went on to say, "I think everyone, men and women, should have the right to choose what they do with their bodies — and not be criticized."

Kardashian thanked Winter for her kind tweets by sending her flowers. Winter also stood up for Kardashian on the Australian radio show Kyle and Jackie O.

"I think she's promoting body positivity," the actress told the radio hosts. "You know, young girls being able to express that they don't have a stick-thin body—they're curvy. And stick-thin bodies are amazing, you know, those girls are amazing too but I think that everybody's body would be celebrated no matter what it is and I think that it's great that she's so comfortable with herself and that she's able to post out there what she wants to post and if she wants to post a nude selfie, she can."

Preach, girl! While Kardashian might be promoting body positivity, so is Winter. We love how she is inspiring teen girls to accept and love their bodies.
