She may be an international superstar, but Adele is probably one of the most relatable celebs out there because of her amiable personality, and she made everyone fall in love with her again thanks to her perfect reaction to a couple’s engagement during her show.
On Tuesday night, during Adele’s performance of the hit track “Make You Feel My Love” at London’s O2 Arena, she spotted some commotion in the audience. Cutting the song, she excitedly exclaimed onstage, “They just got married. I think they just got engaged.” And to make the unnamed couple’s romantic moment even more special, she invited them to join her onstage.
Adele was genuinely moved by the proposal (another reason we think she’s amazing is that she cares so much about people), and her reaction to the proposal was captured on film by fan Cath Forsaith, who uploaded the video to YouTube. In it, Adele can be heard telling the couple that she had thought there was a fight at first before realizing it was actually an engagement happening in the crowd.
The songstress then probed about the relationship and discovered that the pair had been together for 12-1/2 years before the man popped the question.
“I’m just so in love with you both. How did you hear him? Because I was wailing!” Adele exclaimed. “It’s amazing to think you’ve been going out longer than I’ve been making music, and you’ve got a baby as well, called Alfie.
“That was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever witnessed at one of my shows,” she added.
It must have been a beautiful moment to watch a couple’s display of love made even more awesome by the fact that Adele is such a class act, and fans have reacted with great excitement to the video too.

Clearly going to an Adele concert is the way to get a proposal out your man

Oh Adele, it’s not like we needed another reason to love you, but thank you!
