RHOC's Kelly Meza-Dodd: 7 things to know about the newest cast member
Hang on to your seats, girls — here comes a new Housewife to shake up The Real Housewives of Orange County!
Bravo has yet to confirm the new casting, but word on the street is that Kelly Meza-Dodd will be joining Vicki Gunvalson and the rest of the RHOC ladies for Season 10, according to Us Weekly.
While it's yet to be revealed if Meza-Dodd likes to refer to herself in the third person — à la Shannon Beador — or has a penchant for making up mean yet somewhat comical nicknames based on other cast members' breasts — ahem, Tamra Judge — we do know a thing or two about her.
1. She's not a teetotaler
It's clear that Meza-Dodd is not opposed to throwing a couple back and having a good time. That's pretty much a prerequisite for become a Housewife, though, isn't it?
2. She doesn't partake of Alexis Bellino-style dieting methods
Unless, of course, she dumped salt all over that hot dog right after taking her first bite, rendering it inedible.
3. She's married
Meza-Dodd is happily married to Michael Dodd, and they love to travel together. From the looks of her social media pages, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Mexico and, more locally, Napa are some of their favorite places to frequent.
4. She's not necessarily a Housewife
According to her Facebook page, Meza-Dodd is chief operating officer at Kiss Me Mirrors, a company based out of Newport Beach.
5. She has one child
Meza-Dodd is mother to Jolie, who appears to be the center of her world.
6. She's into sports
Meza-Dodd is often out and about at various sporting events, and she's also active in participating in Jolie's competitive cheerleading endeavors.
7. She may already be in with other RHOC Housewives
Heather Dubrow wrote a pleasant comment on the above photo of Meza-Dodd last week, and on Monday, Gunvalson commented, "You look great" on Meza-Dodd's new profile pic. Obviously, Gunvalson's approval of the new Housewife is crucial, since the OG of the OC's blessing can mean the difference between a Shannon Beador-style hazing and a Gretchen Rossi-style hazing.
