Jungwirth is willing to grant Tomlinson more access to his son, but she reportedly wants his new girlfriend, Danielle Campbell, to stay far away. According to TMZ, Tomlinson and Jungwirth struck a temporary custody deal just hours before the emergency custody deal that will give the boy band star "modest visitation but no overnights."

However, Jungwirth is reportedly worried about Campbell's relationship with her son and does not want her interacting with him, partly because it could confuse Freddie and interfere with a "critical bonding period."

Sources told TMZ that Tomlinson wants to be able to take Freddie to his Los Angeles, California, home and spend time with him, in the company of Campbell, but Jungwirth does not want this to happen. Instead, she proposes that all interactions only take place at her home.

The report comes shortly after the news that Tomlinson would be taking legal action to secure greater access to his son, with reports stating Jungwirth had become "greedy" and was hoping for more child support — using their son as leverage to achieve it.

Are you surprised by the legal battle between Louis Tomlinson and Briana Jungwirth? It's a move that fans certainly did not expect.
