Sister Wives' Janelle Brown reportedly has plans to leave the family
Kody Brown's polygamous relationship with wives Janelle, Meri, Robyn and Christine play out on the hit TLC show Sister Wives; and while they have appeared as a cohesive unit for many years, it now looks as though there could be trouble in paradise.
According to Design&Trend, some of the women in Kody's life are rumored to be unhappy with their current relationship and are threatening to leave. In particular, Kody's second spiritual wife, Janelle, is rumored to have plans to leave the family and pursue her love of real estate — she currently works for TMI Realty, a real estate company that serves the greater Las Vegas, Nevada, area.
And Janelle has allegedly shared her wishes to leave the family and is persuading her other sister wives to do the same.
The publication also notes that this would not be Janelle's first time leaving Kody, as she previously revealed in her memoir, Becoming Sister Wives, how she left for a few months following a tumultuous relationship with fellow sister wife, Meri.
"I was at my breaking point. I couldn't see my way out of my depression. I told Kody I was leaving. That night, I got into the car and drove to my mother's house. The kids and I stayed with my mother for several months until I found my own place. My job paid a decent salary, which allowed me to buy a better car in addition to my home," she wrote.
But could her new unhappiness be because of Kody's preoccupation with Robyn?
The couple recently married — after Kody divorced Meri to do so — and it does seem as though Kody has been paying a lot of attention to Robyn in recent months.
If there is trouble in paradise, it will likely play out during Sister Wives Season 7 — although the official release date for the new season has yet to be announced.
