Daniel Radcliffe fangirls and boys, listen up because Daniel Radcliffe is coming to the Gold Coast.
The Harry Potter heartthrob will be in the country to shoot his latest film, Jungle, based on the bestselling memoir of the same name by Yossi Ghinsberg.
The story follows four travellers who seek adventure in the Amazon rainforest, which, as you can imagine, is not a walk in the park and does not go according to plan.
As well as Radcliffe, Queenslanders Alex Russell and Jason Clark will also appear in the film along with Ryan Corr, with production set to being in April. The film is set to be a boost for the local economy as Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced.
"We are starting off the year strong with another production to shoot in Queensland offering over 100 jobs and injecting approximately $5.4 million into our local economy," she said.
