Bachelor in Paradise reportedly nabs Ben Higgins' most dramatic suitor yet
While the rest of us watch at home and wish we had a shot at love with The Bachelor's Ben Higgins, there is a contestant whose chances have been spoiled for good.
We're talking about Lace Morris, who is undeniably one of the most dramatic contestants we have ever seen on The Bachelor — remember the lecture she gave Higgins for not maintaining eye contact? But there are many other reasons why Morris was so memorable, and producers clearly feel the public wants to see more of her, because she's reportedly secured a sweet deal on 2016's Bachelor in Paradise.
The Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss recently confirmed to E! News that "Lace will be there [Bachelor in Paradise]," while at the 2016 TCA winter press tour.
Morris' behavior on the show has been pretty questionable (she was also the first woman to kiss Higgins, even if it was completely unexpected), but we can't blame her for her intense interest in Higgins.
"This may be the best Bachelor we've ever had. He's incredible... he's such a warmhearted, genuine person. He's sweet, sincere and he's got a sense of humor. He's a great guy," Fleiss gushed about the new leading man.
But the problem with being such a catch is that Higgins has had to break many hearts, as women have fallen hopelessly in love with him.
"What happened on this season is he's such a catch that the girls competed harder for him than any other season," Fleiss told the publication. "I think eight or nine girls said they were in love with him. That's a record number. That's where the drama came from. The girls provided the drama this season because they were competing for him. A lot of girls want to marry this guy."
