Bethenny Frankel’s divorce drama continues, 3 years after filing

Bethenny Frankel is still in the midst of a never-ending divorce, as she and Jason Hoppy continue to wage war over their apartment.

The Real Housewives of New York star Frankel filed for divorce from Hoppy in January 2013, but the pair is still battling it out in court — and ownership of their apartment is still a major sticking point.

“Jason says he put some money in the home, Bethenny said she put in all the money, and neither is budging,” a source told Life & Style.

“Neither one is backing down, and it doesn’t look like it will be resolved anytime soon.”

Frankel recently said that while it’s a major pain to still be dealing with the split after three years, it no longer occupies as much space in her mind as it once did.

“[My divorce] is sort of like a drop of poison in the ocean,” she told Hollywood Life. “Am I feeling it? No. But it’s there. I mean, it doesn’t weigh down on me every minute of the day. It’ll flair up sometimes, like when people have arthritis or something, but it’s there. It’s chronic. It’s not that emotionally draining, [but] it does come up at times; you have to really just be very Zen about it. You have to just say, ‘This is all supposed to be happening, it makes me stronger.’ I’m so much better; I’m a different person than I was a year and a half ago. I was a mess, I had nowhere to live and I was all over the place. It’ll fray your nerves. I was changing in the car and now I just feel centered and more focused and calm and happier. I can’t even imagine when it’s really over how happy I’ll be. I feel good. And I’m not the person who’s like, ‘I’m in a great place right now.’ That’s not me. I’ll be the first one to say, ‘This sucks.'”

For now, the divorce seems to have no end in sight.
