Sister Wives releases new details on the birth of Kody Brown's 18th baby
Want more Sister Wives?
Don't worry, fans will have another member of the Brown clan to meet soon enough. Robyn Brown, the most recent of Kody Brown's four wives, is scheduled to give birth to the couple's second baby on Jan. 7. Robyn has yet to share any baby news or pictures — perhaps we'll have to wait until next season on Sister Wives.
She shared the news about her pregnancy on Twitter. "Two days away from my due date. We are all ready to meet Baby Sister! Trying to be patient but can't wait to see her sweet face."
The couple, who currently live in Las Vegas, confirmed the pending baby news. "We are so happy to announce an eagerly expected new member of the Brown family," they announced to People in June. Robyn has three kids from a previous marriage, who Kody adopted on-camera last season. Their blended family also includes Kody's three wives Meri, Janelle and Christine and their 12 other children.
As fans of the show watched during Season 6, the family's youngest children Solomon and Truely unwrapped a pink doll to discover that their new sibling would be a girl. As Kody told People, he's an old pro at pregnancies by now: "I try to always be kind and tender, but when a woman is expecting, you have to be ultra-sensitive. And always do the dishes."
