Teen Mom OG is back, but the drama was overshadowed tonight by a message all women should hear.
Catelynn Lowell gave birth to her second daughter, Novalee, on New Year’s Day last year.
Since then, the reality star has been working to lose weight, trying everything from diet and exercise to waist trainers to get ready for her wedding, which was in August 2015.

But rather than letting the stress of her struggle get the best of her, Lowell revealed that she instead realized that women need to embrace their mom bods, explaining that all bodies are different, yet beautiful.
“I am comfortable — I feel good,” she said during the episode. “Life’s life — things happen. Things are gonna happen. Bodies change all the time.”

I want to hug @CatelynnLowell for what she said during her wedding dress fitting – every woman should take a page out of her book!

And that wasn’t the only thing that earned her praise during tonight’s episode.

Lowell seems to have morphed into the most stable mom of the bunch. She’s only 23 and yet she and her now-husband Tyler Baltierra seem to be building a really positive life for themselves together. She has found a way to balance her life with her family despite the rocky beginning.
And there are still some rocky times. That argument with Baltierra during tonight’s episode about strip clubs was a little rough. But they got through it. They worked it out. Such is life.
It’s crazy looking back at 2009 and seeing how far all of these girls have come — for better or for worse, let’s be honest.
But, despite the major strides many of them have made, Teen Mom Season 6 is sure to bring the drama full throttle this season.
