Carson Daly is back on the Today Show with a ring on his finger after spending the holiday break getting married to longtime partner Siri Pinter.
Daly and Pinter have been together for 10 years and engaged since 2013. The couple’s three children — Jackson, 6, Etta, 3, and London, 16 months — participated in the ceremony, which fell the day before Christmas Eve.
“I wanted a hoverboard, I got a wife,” Daly joked of his holiday.
Pinter shared an Instagram of the ceremony, writing, “Families come in all shapes and sizes… but all you need is love. This happened yesterday and it was the best day of my life. Merry Christmas Eve from my family to yours!”
The couple even surprised their families with the ceremony, although Daly shared that the kids were old enough to understand that their parents were getting married.
Pinter, a self-taught cook who frequently appears on the Today Show, took a break from her typical Instagrams of food to share some photos of the wedding. Here, she reveals that her dress, veil and shoes were from J. Crew’s bridal collection.

I promise I'll post about food again soon, but here's one of my favorite shots from that warm, rainy Christmas Eve "Eve" when I married my favorite guy. That's my seeeester peeking out the door! Thank you @peetigga for capturing moments like this! 📷👰🏼 (Dress, veil and shoes: @jcrew)
According to Today.com, Daly and Pinter owe their romance to food. “Carson wooed me with caviar,” Pinter explained. “I hate the word ‘woo,’ but regardless, that’s what he did. On our first date, he did everything right, and it all had to do with food. He knew how much I loved to bake, so he invited me over and requested I spend the day filling his house with freshly made cookies and brownies.”
Luckily for those of us not married to Siri, her recipes are available on her blog siriouslydelicious.com.
