Kim Zolciak reveals exactly how she got her sexy body back (PHOTOS)

Zolciak isn’t shy about discussing her plastic surgery procedures, and her new post might be the most revealing yet.

Zolciak took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a sexy bathing suit selfie that she snapped in front of a mirror at her home. In the photo, Zolciak is wearing a Baywatch-style black one-piece that shows off her tiny waist and sexy figure.

But she wasn’t fishing for compliments. Rather, she posted the photo to get frank about her plastic surgery procedures — specifically, her tummy tuck following her twins’ birth.

“So you all know after the twins I had a hernia and while fixing the hernia I opted to have a tummy tuck as well!” Zolciak explained. “My scar is very low and very thin much thanks to @drhochstein but I still had a scar. I could wear bikinis you would never see it. I showed @simonourianmd1 my scar he did coolaser on it ONE treatment and look!!!! You can’t even see my scar!! I love these “baywatch” bathing suits but never thought j could wear one! THANK YOU to 2 amazing doctors who love what they do and they do it with passion! @simonourianmd1 @drhochstein.”

This isn’t the first time Zolciak has discussed the plastic surgery procedures she’s had. In fact, she’s very open about admitting to her boob jobs, tummy tucks and love of Botox. But it seems she spends more time denying certain procedures rather than actually discussing what she’s had done.

Nose job and face-lift rumors have plagued Zolciak, which she adamantly denies.

I would love a nose job, but I’m scared,” Zolciak admitted in a 2009 interview with In Touch. “I would do just about anything to maintain myself.”

But when it comes to Botox, Zolciak is all for it.

“I just don’t think there’s anything wrong with it,” she said in the same interview with In Touch. “Some cosmetic enhancement is obvious. A lot of times, the people who aren’t talking about it are the ones who look horrible. I do Botox… I started getting Botox when I was 25 for migraines. I recommend that to anybody.”
