Charlie Sheen and his former fiancée Brett Rossi have gone from being madly in love to embroiled in a bitter feud — and it doesn’t look like it’s going to end anytime soon.

Rossi has publicly blasted Sheen for not disclosing his HIV status to her before they had sex, but now Sheen is retaliating in documents obtained by Us Weekly, and he’s not holding back.
“This is a case by an extortionist, Scottine Ross aka Brett Rossi . . . who gets paid for sex as a prostitute and a porn star,” the petition argues.
According to the publication, the document also states that Rossi has “attempted to extort millions of dollars by disclosing Sheen’s medical condition even though she had signed a confidentiality agreement.”
But that’s not all. The document also states that Rossi is hoping to financially benefit from Sheen’s medical condition.

“Rossi is banking on the fact that Sheen will pay her millions of dollars to avoid the negative publicity surrounding this action,” the documents claim. They also state that Rossi was “aware” of Sheen’s health, and that she “was the one who insisted upon having unprotected sex with Sheen.”
Sheen’s documents then go on to allege Rossi was not monogamous during her relationship with Sheen because she is a “porn star” who had “hundreds, if not thousands of sexual partners” — which would allegedly expose her to sexually transmitted diseases.
But why is Rossi suing Sheen for negligence, false imprisonment, assault and battery and emotional distress?
According to Sheen’s camp, it’s because she “wants revenge” to “punish Sheen for breaking off their engagement . . . and cutting her off financially.”
