Charlie Sheen blasts his ex-fiancée Brett Rossi’s lawsuit claims and plans to fight back in court.
In a statement issued to Us Weekly, Charlie Sheen’s attorney, Martin D. Singer, said, “Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross. We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her.”
Brett Rossi filed a lawsuit on Thursday, Dec. 3, that had some damning accusations about her ex-fiancé. She’s suing Sheen for assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence.
She also claims Sheen didn’t disclose his HIV-positive status to her before having sex. In court documents, Rossi claims that Sheen forced her to have an abortion so they wouldn’t have a “retarded child.”

When Sheen revealed his HIV-positive diagnosis to the Today Show, he shared that he informed his sexual partners about his health status.
“The two people that I [had unprotected sex with] were under the care of my doctor,” he said. “They were completely warned ahead of time.”
In the lawsuit, Rossi explains how the former couple met. In 2013, she was offered $10,000 to have sex with Sheen. After their tryst, they developed a romantic relationship and had sex at least five times before she found Truvada, an HIV medication, in his bathroom.

Rossi says in the complaint that if Sheen, “had disclosed to [Rossi] that he was HIV positive when they met for the very first time, [Rossi] would never have engaged in sex with him, and the resulting relationship between the two would never have occurred.”
After a heart-to-heart, Rossi decided to stay with Sheen. In March 2014, Rossi found out she was pregnant. She claims that Sheen demanded she have an abortion because he didn’t want to have an HIV-positive baby.
“When [Rossi] told Sheen that she did not want to have an abortion, Sheen erupted into a fit of rage, stating he would ‘kick her to the curb’ if she did not have an abortion, and that he did not want her to ‘give birth to a retarded child,'” the suit alleges.
Rossi did end up having an abortion but stayed with Sheen for another seven months until their breakup in October 2014.
