Survivor: Jeff Probst riles up fans talking about Joe Anglim's balls
There's something funny about the word "balls." There always has been and there always will be. That immature fact was proven yet again when Jeff Probst delivered his commentary during the ball-balancing Immunity challenge.
This kind of chatter from Probst is nothing new. Every Survivor season, there seems to be at least one opportunity Probst takes to banter about balls to get the audience giggling like they're back in 3rd grade. It works. Twitter was stirring with the primary focus on Joe's balls.
Admit it: It's funny. It's even funnier considering the focus was surrounding Joe, who has become this season's favorite among females.
Had Joe not been so smooth with his balls, he would have likely been the castaway voted out of the game, as Stephen was gunning for him big time. After winning Immunity, Joe felt it made the most sense for his allies to flip the game and target Stephen. But not so fast. Jeremy, who has a tight bond with Stephen, convinced most of the camp that it might be smarter to aim for somebody like Kelley or Ciera.
At Tribal Council, the game turned on its head when Kelley shocked everybody by whipping out her hidden Immunity Idol and using it for herself. Smart timing, too, because she would have been easily eliminated otherwise. Since that move made all of the votes against her pointless, it meant Andrew was suddenly getting his torch snuffed instead. Kelley made a move nobody saw coming and it was awesome to watch unfold. Nobody knew she had a hidden Idol, so when she played it, the other castaways were in awe of her big moment. There was even some applause.
"You made it to the jury," Abi-Maria said to Andrew as he walked out of the game. Without hesitation, he unfurled a middle finger in her direction. Kass, the middle finger queen, was completely amused as she watched the situation play out from the jury's side.
