Brandi Glanville and Joanna Krupa's 'smelly' lawsuit takes a strange turn
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville and The Real Housewives of Miami's Joanna Krupa are going head to head over one of the strangest lawsuits ever.
In 2013, Glanville made some remarks about the smell of Krupa's vagina, and she did not appreciate the comments one bit. In fact, Krupa was so angered that she slapped Glanville with a defamation lawsuit.
Now, new developments reveal that Glanville is trying everything she can to get the lawsuit tossed out. In court documents obtained by TMZ, Glanville reportedly states the defamation suit should be null and void because Krupa's Real Housewives contract forbids her from suing fellow cast members.
The Real Housewives franchise is known for its drama and catfights, and there have been plenty of nasty remarks that have come out of the show, so having this clause would certainly make sense. But Glanville reportedly admitted to not having a copy of Krupa's contract, and because they were on different shows, she's not exactly sure what's in the fine print — but she's betting on it being the same.
According to TMZ, Krupa's lawyer thinks Glanville is just trying everything she can in the "hope something sticks."
