It has not been a good week for the Dance Moms cast. First, there was a bomb scare, and now a man has been arrested for allegedly sending packages to an underage Dance Mom star — and it turns out the two incidents are linked.

According to TMZ, the man has been identified as Phoenix Sundown, and he was arrested on Tuesday afternoon by San Diego police. It was his packages, some of which reportedly contained pornographic material, that were intercepted by the Pennsylvania post office, and the bomb squad was called in to destroy them.

Sundown is being held on $25,000 bail and was reportedly booked for "sending explicit or obscene matter to a minor — specifically images of a minor engaged in sexual conduct," TMZ reports.

The minor's name has not been revealed because she is under age, but a rep for the student told TMZ that the harassment began two months ago. In addition to the creepy packages, Sundown reportedly would post pictures of Elizabeth Smart — who was kidnapped from her home when she was 14 years old — and tag the Dance Moms student with the hashtag "#futuregoals."

The suspect has also served time in prison in 2007 for assaulting his girlfriend and was later transferred to a prison hospital after being diagnosed with a mental disorder, TMZ reports. Sundown reportedly had "violent fantasies" about Lindsay Lohan, and wrote to Spin magazine about his sexual fantasies with other female celebrities although he never had direct contact with them.
