Kim Richards is finally having a little good luck after a judge agreed to a very easy plea deal in her public intoxication case.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel earlier this year after an incident that culminated in her being dragged screaming out of the bathroom by police and hauled off to the station.

Richards, who is MIA from her family, did not appear in court, but her attorneys entered a plea of no contest on her behalf. According to TMZ, prosecutors offered a deal of three years probation, 52 AA classes and 30 days community labor.

Her legal team countered with community service instead of labor, arguing that the star is unable to perform tasks like freeway cleanup duty due to a foot injury.

Prosecutors agreed, as long as Richards coughs up medical records to prove her foot injury by Sept. 14.

She also must stay away from the Beverly Hills Hotel, the staff of which probably won't be sad about her absence.
