Chrissy Teigen's barely retouched nudes send body-positive message (PHOTOS)
Chrissy Teigen is baring all in a very public way, and the way she went about it is so refreshing.
The supermodel covers Women's Health UK's Naked Issue, and while she is her usual stunning self, she is also really real.
Her stomach is not hollow and carved, her ribs aren't gaunt — this is not the usual nude supermodel magazine cover we're usually faced with. Instead, we get a still stunning yet much more realistic view of this beautiful woman.
It's no secret Teigen loves to eat — she is releasing her own cookbook — and she told the mag she only works out so that she can eat more!
"I used to take pride in the fact I didn't have to work out, and then I hit that age where you have to," she said. "I want to drink champagne and have hearty dinners, so I would rather work out for an hour and be able to do what I want."
"I've always had to watch myself. My family is not naturally thin and we put on weight quickly. I find low-carb works for me. Even when I eat healthy grains like quinoa I keep them to a minimum."
And she admits to having body confidence issues just like the rest of us — even if she is naked on the cover of a magazine. "My tummy has always been my problem area," she continued. "I've never seen an ab — ever — no matter how many crunches I do."
Her bottom is a different matter. "I would love to have a little fat on my sides so I can be sexy, curvy. I'd love a big butt. But I just can't get there."
We're pretty sure she is perfect exactly how she is!
