Heidi Klum just made things social media official with her boyfriend, Vito Schnabel.

Klum first introduced the world to Schnabel last July, when she posted an Instagram photo to wish him a happy 28th birthday. This year, for his 29th birthday, Klum again commemorated the event with an Instagram photo, but took this a step further by announcing her love for her beau.

Klum hasn't gone public with the "L" word very much since her split with ex-husband Seal in 2012, so who is this man who's stolen the supermodel's heart?

Schnabel's father, Julian Schnabel, has garnered recognition for his paintings, but he's also in the entertainment business. He directed 2000's Before Night Falls, which got Javier Bardem an Oscar nomination, and 2007's The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, which earned four Oscar nominations.
