According to Global Grind, R&B artists Tamar Braxton and K. Michelle, who have been famously feuding for years, are going to make up on stage during tonight's awards.

The site says the two have actually never met, but they've been "throwing shade at each other" on social media since 2013. Tonight, however, in the name of women's empowerment, they've agreed to put that all behind them and collaborate on a special performance during the Awards.

Tamar explained to Entertainment Tonight how and why she and K. Michelle decided to make amends.

"There's a very special performance coming up," she said. "With the whole women's empowerment and everyone coming together, and everyone coming from a a place of where we all can understand each other, I'm doing a very special performance with myself and K. Michelle. In the past, we've both had a lot of disagreements about life in general."

She continued, "This actually the first time we'll be meeting each other. I'm just really excited because I'm really about girls sticking up for each other and being there for each other. And it's time for the nonsense to stop. Let's just empower each other and be great."

Amen, girl.

Last year, K. Michelle admitted in an interview that she was ready to put their past issues behind her.

"I don't want to fight with her," she said. "I bought her album. I even reached out. She, for some reason, wants to fight with me. I really just want us to sing. We come from reality. It's already hard enough for us as it is. We did it. We both did great things this year to come from reality. We overcame a lot of things this year. So I feel I don't mind. We can have a sing-off. Like, that's fun. Let's get on stage and have a good time."
