The Kristen Taekman and Bethenny Frankel feud on RHONY has gone too far
A feud between Bethenny Frankel and Kristen Taekman could change the face of Real Housewives of New York for Season 6.
Kristen Taekman may not be producing enough drama to keep her on Real Housewives of New York. Page Six reports the latest housewife may be fired from the show due in part to a feud with Bethenny Frankel. Taekman was supposed to be part of the formula to make RHONY fresh again, but the model hasn't been an asset when it comes to stirring things up. Only in the world of reality TV would good behavior be considered a bad thing.
The reintroduction of original RHONY member Frankel has not helped Taekman's case. Frankel and Taekman argued over a business decision last season, and there appears to be no love lost between the two. Having Frankel back is also a boost for the series, since she is a fan favorite. Having her back could simply mean the Bravo show has one housewife too many, and as the newest cast member, Taekman would be the most likely to exit.
If she does leave the show, it's not like Taekman will be left with nothing to do. The mother of two is a consummate businesswoman with thriving nail color and greeting card lines. She is also a blogger, and her husband is the founder of Eboost. Even without the show, Taekman's mover and shaker status would not be tarnished.
Bravo has issued no official word on casting news for RHONY Season 6, so fans will have to wait and see whether or not the rumors are true. Would you like to see Taekman return or do you think the show works better without her?
