Chrisley Knows Best fans love nothing more than debating whether papa Chrisley actually knows best or not. In this exclusive clip, he’s taking on fashion and the results are hilarious.
The Chrisleys are back and funnier than ever. This Tuesday, USA is offering up two great episodes so fans can get in a little extra time with the sassiest, most Southern family on television. SheKnows just so happened to nab two exclusive clips of extra content.
In these online-only clips from “Chrisley Knows Fashion,” Todd, Chase and Savannah play fashion police and take a look back at some of their red carpet fashion from the last year. They might be a truly fashionable family, but everyone makes mistakes. Chase even calls out his dad in one look and uses less-than-sensitive phrasing when letting Pops know his sailor getup made him look a little thicker than usual. The real laughs (and gasps) come when Todd tells it like it is about Savannah’s all-black attire in one photo.
For the record: We don’t think she looks like a drag queen at all. We do agree with her judgment, though, that a different color would have made her stand out more. Her makeup might be too heavy for her dad’s taste, but we know sometimes it’s just fun to play around and go bold. It may have been a flop in her eyes, but we should applaud her guts to try.
Todd doesn’t let up in the next clip, either. In that very Southern way of doing things, he delivers a backhanded compliment on Savannah’s short skort and crop top, telling her, “It’s cute for someone else’s daughter.” We can’t see her reaction, but we bet she’s rolling her eyes!
He had plenty of nice things to say about himself, though. Apparently, Todd thinks his “casual chic” game is “on fleek.” 1) OMG, Dad. Get off Instagram. 2) OK, yeah. It totally is. Is it time to update his belt, or are they just being hard on each other? That’s debatable. But we definitely feel sorry for Chase. Check out the video to see what his dad has to say about his look. Ouch!
Chrisley Knows Best airs on Tuesdays at 9/8c on USA. Tune in and try not to snort your mint julep through your noses, y’all.
